How it works

Most personal coaching sessions last for one hour and clients would usually sign up for a series of sessions to focus on one or more aspects of their life. The length of sessions and series will be decided with you before embarking on making the positive changes you want in your life.


Sessions are usually conducted over video call. For quality of audio and video, my preferred calling software is Skype, however calls can also be made via Viber, Facetime, Google Hangouts and Facebook. Sessions can also be conducted face-to-face, over the phone and even over instant messaging, so get in touch to find out what will work best for you.


During the session, you will be asked about what you want to get out of life and where you’d like to see yourself ending up. It can be a challenge to develop and articulate ideas to help you move forward with your life, as so often our thoughts have been shaped by situations as they currently are. I will help you explore new ways of thinking and you will never be forced to make any decisions you don’t feel comfortable with. Most importantly all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately.


Coaching is a partnership between you and your coach. I will gently encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life and offer support and feedback to help you to stay focused on your goals. You must be committed to making positive change.
